Hi, I’m Curtis, a founding partner and planner here at Stonewater Financial. For over 11 years, I’ve focused on helping folks like you create a clear roadmap and work toward their financial goals.

My passion for financial planning began during my time at the University of Oklahoma, where I worked at a small local bank. I soon understood the importance of holistic planning and got to work building my career and practice after graduation. 

Every day when I come to work, I’m inspired by the impact that unbiased, strategic planning has on my clients’ lives. The concept of true, comprehensive financial planning is still fairly new, and it’s exciting to see how the industry continues to evolve to better address people’s needs.

When working together, I enjoy taking the complexities of a client’s financial life and creating clear, simple solutions or identifying potential areas of weakness. Like the rest of my team, I stick to providing guidance and recommendations based on academic research and tailor my solutions to meet each individual’s needs.

Personal Life: While I’m a Cleveland native,  I consider Dallas as home.  I currently live in Princeton, Texas with my wife Paige and our three dogs, Olive, Stella and Lola. To unwind and relax, I enjoy golfing, spending time with friends and family or focusing on real estate development. In everything I do, it’s my goal to hold the door open for someone else and make an impact wherever I can.
